Why are We Here?
Our founder, Tammy Person, was adopted from foster care at the age of 13 by Juanita and Harold Ailey. At this moment, her life was changed, she was given the gift of hope. With the love and support of her parents, church, teachers and workers, Tammy turned a challenging start to life into a future. As a graduate from Oklahoma State University, Tammy is dedicated to giving back by offering hope to other children in the foster care system.
Who Qualifies?
Any degree-seeking high school senior who is currently in foster care or was in foster care at the age of 13.
How do I apply?

What Programs are Eligible?
Any 2 or 4-year college in U.S.
